This role requires management of networks that include devices that do physical manipulation of other devices. 24 x 5 shop, 2 days off- weekend. No weekend on call. 2 Shutdown weeks annually- Christmas and one week in July. This is a Cigarette manufacturing facility. There is smoking on site in designated "Smoking rooms." L2 Engineer will work 2nd shift 4pm - 12pm 24 x 5 days support work environment (M-F)

Special support programs available to help everyone succeed.


Minimum 3 years work experience. Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Rockwell in a manufacturing or process automation setting is required.


  • CCNP Certified preferred
  • Factory setting experience is a big plus.



  • Be part of an NTT Managed Services team supporting the end customers factory production environment.
  • Cisco- Nexus XOS, 9k, Cisco Catalyst switches.
  • 1 -2 operating system upgrades per year. 1-2 changes per month.
  • Operational Tech Support.
  • Monitor the environment in the chance that any of the recently upgraded switches have issues.
